Ordering

New accounts are reviewed before order release. Phoenix verifies institutional affiliation and intended research procurement context before approving checkout for first-time customers.

Orders can be placed by e-mail (info@phoenix-peptide.com), or through our website.

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT/USDC), Cash App, and Zelle. Payment can also be submitted by company check, cashier’s check, bank transfer, or direct deposit. Pro-forma invoices will be provided upon request.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via FedEx unless otherwise instructed. To ensure the stability of our products during transit, we reserve the right to ship certain items on dry ice. This may increase the shipping cost.

Warranty

We guarantee that materials are of the stated quality at the time of sale. We do not take responsibility for the use and handling of the product and any liability for consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damage resulting therefrom. Buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying the identity of chemical composition and technical data referenced on each catalog item, whether online or in print.

Return Policy

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service department (info@phoenix-peptide.com) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Specific return shipping instructions will also be provided.

For any products ordered in error, a 20% restocking fee may apply. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any radioactive products, custom-made products, or temperature-sensitive assay kits. Any modification to protocols do not qualify for refunds, discounts or replacements.
